With Over a decade of experience in hospitality, aviation & guest experience I am excited to help you unlock your potential. 

Incognito is my passion and commitment to reviving the customer experience. In 2025 I believe that authentic, heartfelt service is more vital than ever. My background uniquely positions me to understand what makes a guest truly feel valued and what can turn a stay or visit into a memorable experience, or the opposite, a disappointing one.

I have always strived to provide exceptional customer service, aiming to make every experience memorable. Yet in recent years, especially after COVID, I have noticed a shift. When I go out as a customer or guest, dining at a restaurant or staying at a hotel, the level of service I receive often doesn't meet the standards I know are possible. 

​

This realisation has, at times, made me hesitant to go out, preferring to stay at home rather than experience mediocre service and pay a premium for it. But then I had a recent visit to a local restaurant where the service was exceptional! Warm, attentive, genuine and encouraged me to go back time and time again.  It reminded me of what customer service should be and it inspired me to ask "Why can't all businesses deliver this?" 

My Background

My Hospitality Management experience is rooted in the food and beverage sector, where i have worked in various roles to ensure exceptional service, quality and customer satisfaction.

Complementing this my years as cabin crew for one of the UKs leading airlines have taught me how to deliver the product, wether it's food, drinks or service with professionalism, warmth and attentiveness - even under pressure.

​

Having visited hotels worldwide I know firsthand from a guests perspective what creates a great experience that makes guests want to return. With that I also know what can ruin a stay, leading guests to leave disappointed and unlikely to visit again. 

​

This firsthand insight allows me to assess your venue with a keen eye, identifying all of your strengths and potential weaknesses allowing you to elevate your service and make every guests experience unforgettable.
